These membership terms and conditions apply to all members registering for InstaMedico Health Card. Your InstaMedico card is a proof of your membership and remains a property of InstaMedico. Every member’s InstaMedico Health Card is a proof of their membership and remains a property of InstaMedico and Insta IT Services.

Members will be asked to produce their personal membership cards on all occasions to gain benefits and discounts; in other circumstances they shall be asked to retain the Membership ID Number mentioned on the card at all times. It is mandatory that the member claims their discount when they register with the medical facility by producing their card or quoting their Membership ID. Members will not be liable to avail the benefit failing to do so during the registration itself.In case of an Emergency registration members must validate their cards with the facility’s registration department within 48 hours from the time of admission.

Only the registered card-holder can avail the benefit for their personal use and the benefit or discount is not transferrable.This discount may vary according to additional services like Laboratory, Pharmacy, Ambulance Service or other such TPA services as per every medical facility’s preference.Members must not make use of the card for purposes other than those designated by InstaMedico. In the event of misuse of a membership card, InstaMedico reserves the right to exclude the member(s) in question from the programme.We may use the information provided by the member for administrative, marketing and business purposes.

InstaMedico is free to change membership terms and conditions without giving further notice to the member. InstaMedico will publish changes to the terms and conditions on its website, but members are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.Members are responsible to update Instamedico with any changes in their personal information, failing to which Instamedico holds the right to seize or terminate membership.It should be retained by members that this membership scheme is solely for promotional purposes and Instamedico or Insta IT Services aren’t liable for any losses in case of discontinuation or termination of this programme.

Instamedico or Insta IT Services does not stand to be liable for the quality of healthcare or medical services provided by the facilities listed. Any authorized person may demand to check your membership card at any point of time during the treatment period, in accordance to which you must produce it.The name and details on the final bill must at all times match with the name and details of their member’s accounts. The discount is only available on the final/total bill. The medical facility in question has the right to provide the discount on the final bill via any medium suitable to them.
